4. Who Can See Your Data
Venues
When you join a waitlist or make a reservation at a Venue, we share with that Venue the information needed to manage your entry — such as your nickname or name, party size, position on the waitlist, check-in status and no-show history relevant to that Venue. Venues use this information to seat players and operate their rooms.
Service providers
We use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions — such as cloud hosting, notification delivery, analytics and customer support tools. They may access data only as necessary to perform services for us.
Legal and safety
We may disclose data to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Supercrack, our users or others. We may also share data with your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
5. International Transfers
Your data is primarily stored and processed in the Republic of Korea. Where the Service is provided in other countries, or where our service providers operate internationally, your data may be transferred across borders. When we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, including contractual safeguards where required.
6. Retention
We retain your personal information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. When the purpose of collection is achieved or you delete your account, we destroy the data without undue delay, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, records required under Korean e-commerce and consumer protection laws), in which case the data is stored separately for the legally required period and then destroyed. Electronic records are deleted using measures that prevent recovery.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, by turning off location sharing in your device settings), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format;
- object to certain processing; and
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Korea, the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Privacy Call Center at privacy.go.kr / 118).
You can exercise these rights in the app settings or by contacting support@supercrack.io. We respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time in the app; see our account deletion instructions for details.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences (such as language) and analyze usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Service may not function properly without them.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration — including access controls, encryption in transit and regular reviews of our practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Age Limits
The Service is intended for adults who may lawfully enter poker venues, and is not directed to anyone under 19 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 19. If you believe we may hold data about a person under 19, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
